In detail We have more than forty years experience in negotiating and drafting technology transfer International agreements, including patent, know-how, trademark licenses, agency and distribution agreements, etc.. We give our clientls, mainly SME specialized assistance and counsel since the beginning of the negotiations. Our law firm deals with Industrial Property, in particular: patents, trademarks and utility models infringement litigations, unfair competition litigations, disputes for breach of contract, including arbitrations. We are especially active in Commercial and Company Law and also assist our clients in recovering credits through preliminary injunctions and bankruptcy proceedings.
